Orders require processing before shipment.

During promotional periods, holidays, new releases, or unusually high order volumes, processing may take a little longer.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY
Delivery times depend on destination, shipping method, carrier operations, and local conditions.

Your estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout when available.

Please remember that processing time and transit time are separate.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When tracking is available, we'll send the tracking information to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Some orders may arrive in more than one package.

If this happens, don't worry if only part of your order arrives first. Additional tracking information may be provided for the remaining shipment.
