RETURNS WITHOUT THE RUNAROUND
Sometimes something looks right online but doesn't feel right once it's in your hands. We understand.

Eligible Agevelle purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items should be:

Unworn and unused

Unwashed

Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or visible wear

Returned with original tags where applicable

In a condition suitable for resale

For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened, worn, or used. This can include underwear, intimate apparel, swimwear with removed hygiene protection, and similar products unless required otherwise by applicable law.

Include your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Please do not send a return to an address found on a shipping label without first contacting us. The original shipping location may not be the designated returns facility.

RETURN SHIPPING
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the return results from our error.

REFUNDS
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund after it has been processed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something isn't right when your order arrives, contact us promptly and include:

Your order number + a description of the issue + clear photos of the item and packaging.

We'll review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Products clearly marked Final Sale may not be eligible for standard returns, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
